We offer you responsible work in transformational projects with a highly implementational character. You will analyse potentials for improvement in the entire value creation chain, and will develop concept solutions for greater efficiency and value. You will then implement these solutions quickly and successfully. With the proper qualifications, you will also be given project management tasks.
You are a graduate in business management, industrial engineer, or have an MBA degree, and have from three to five years of professional experience as a consultant in the field of organisational consulting and restructuring.
You can demonstrate a thorough command of common management methods and have some initial experience in project management. You have strong moderation and presentation skills, and can successfully apply the basic principles for successful project management. Based on your experience, you can analyse organisational structure and process organisation and design solutions with complete confidence. You also have achieved demonstrable successes in the implementation of transformation projects for increased efficiency. We also require that you have very good knowledge of written and spoken English, as well as an additional language, if possible French and/or Spanish.
Your work habits are goal-oriented and self-motivated, and you have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. You have extraordinary communications skills, are a very good team player, flexible and mobile. You are confident in speaking in front of groups, and can assert your position at all levels of management.
