PRINCIPAL (M/F/D) – FOCUS ON ASSET MANAGEMENT

Your Mission

In your role as Principal (m/f/d), you will be part of the North American leadership team with a focus on Reliability Management, Digital Solutions and Change Management. In this role, you will connect with decision makers in asset intensive industries and drive business development. As a thought leader in Asset Performance Management, you will convince clients to invest in performance-enhancing programs, and with your developmental and supportive leadership style, you will guide and grow our consulting team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and supervise complex projects and large-scale programs independently
  • Lead and manage multiple project teams (TAC & client) towards achieving project targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships on senior level and lead/coach key client stakeholders at senior management level
  • Responsible for key account management with focus on multinational companies in asset intensive industries based in North America
  • Generate revenue opportunities by conducting strategic and tactical sales activities including opportunity identification and evaluation
  • Develop thought leadership within at least one expertise and mentor and grow the consulting team

Your profile

  • Economic or technical degree or equivalent business experience in asset intensive industries
  • More than 15 years of relevant working experience in analyzing and delivering implementation projects
  • Excellent knowledge of performance drivers in production and maintenance, preferably in asset-intensive industries
  • Proven track record in setting up, leading and completing multiple and complex projects and large-scale programs in terms of size, sites and scope
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading and managing multiple project teams
  • Proven track record in managing a key acccount successfully with all relevant aspects and with key client interactions
  • Experience in generating revenue opportunities by conducting strategic and tactical sales activities including opportunity identification and evaluation
  • Proven ability to quickly penetrate complex issues and to develop practical solutions
  • Able to communicate at ease with all stakeholders and senior management level
  • Hands-on mentality paired with professional and engaging presentation skills
  • Excellent fluency in speaking, reading and writing English
  • Willingness to travel within North America
