LOCATION: REMOTE
Your Mission
- Work with client teams to implement maintenance and reliability program improvements
- Conduct data analysis and interviews to determine and quantify the impacts of maintenance and reliability program gaps and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate and conduct criticality analysis, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis
- Implement “bad actor” programs to address repeated equipment failures with high maintenance cost or lost production impacts
- Develop new maintenance strategies and optimize existing predictive and preventive maintenance plans
- Engage with operators, tradespeople, and managers to identify issues and create buy-in for appropriate solutions
- Review master data quality to assure effectiveness of asset equipment strategies
- Develop and implement KPIs to analyze and optimize current asset health
- Lead equipment improvement teams and initiatives
- Prepare and execute workshops including training and coaching of planners, engineers, and equipment and reliability specialists
Your profile
- Engineering or related degree with at least 4 years of professional experience as a maintenance, reliability, or production/process engineer (m/f/d)
- Process and plant know-how in large-scale industry (refinery, petrochemical/chemical, power generation)
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, reliability, condition monitoring, predictive/preventative maintenance, and maintenance systems (CMMS)
- SAP/R3, Maximo or comparable knowledge in a CMMS
- Knowledge of reliability software such as Meridium, Isograph or ReliaSoft is highly desired
- In-depth knowledge in the execution of FMEA/RCA studies
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Hands-on mentality paired with professional and engaging presentation skills
- Excellent fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Willingness to travel
